The Children's Ministry at Emmanuel is a place where children are loved, valued, and encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Kids of the Kingdom

Children’s Praise, Worship and Education
Kids of the Kingdom classes - Sunday mornings at 9:00 and 10:45. 
Bring your kids with you to the sanctuary for worship if they are over four. If they are younger, we have a nursery and a special class for them. The children will enjoy a song or two as a family and be invited to attend Sunday School.

During our 9 a.m. hour, Kindergarten - 5th grade meet in Room 7.

During the 10:45 a.m. hour:
Kindergarten & 1st Grade meet in Room 2.
2nd & 3rd Grade meet in Room 3/4.
Club 45, 4th & 5th grades meet in Room 5/6.

Family parties and events throughout the year
KidZone (a special room for K-5th with a variety of cool activities) is open Sunday mornings from 10:15-10:45 and for childcare for special events.

CHILDRENS MINISTRY MISSION PROJECT

Throughout the year, the children raised money to send a child and their family to Joni and Friends' Family Camp in July. Michael Masson and his family traveled to the camp in Murietta,  California from July 20-25. They had a wonderful time!

Sunday Morning Children’s Sunday School: Get a jump start on your child’s Rainforest Adventure. Our Sunday Morning Children’s Sunday School Classrooms will be starting up their adventure on Sunday, June 20 for an hour full of fun games, crafts, and creative bible stories. Join us at 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. for 12 Summer Sundays!

New Song Chldren's Choir-
for 2nd-5th grades returns in September 
Children’s choir is under the direction of Tony Chunn and Kim Harris. The children perform a Christmas musical and spring musical during the course of the year as well as singing several times a year for the worship services.

Kids in Communion-For children 4th -5th grades who wish to participate with their families in the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper. This class is taught by Pastor Bond usually in the fall. Children are invited to participate in communion at the 9:00 or 10:45 services the first Sunday of each month.

Winter Camp-Each winter our 4th-5th graders attend Jr. Winter Camp at Forest Home for a weekend. This is often a life changing experience for all who attend and friends are encouraged.

Puppet Team- Our One Hand One Heart Puppet Team is under the direction of Sue Scott. The puppet team performs on “Puppet Sunday” the first Sunday of each month Kids of the Kingdom meet together for a puppet show with skits and songs that teach our memory verse and theme for the year.

Early Childhood Programs
Nursery program is for infants through 4 yrs.
Sunday mornings at 9:00 and 10:45 and Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:30 (Women’s Bible Study)
Jr. Kid’s Church- Pre-K & Kindergarten is offered at both the 9:00 and 10:45 services

Club 45 “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.”  1 Tim. 4:12

An organization for 4th & 5th graders who desire to know more about worshipping the Lord and becoming a “doer” of His Word.
Activities include:
Multimedia curriculum and games
Members participate in monthly mission and service projects
Members get together for a cool social event once a month with their leaders
